I'm Nikki Cabral, an illustrator and designer based on the coast of Florida, and creativity has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

It started early — private art lessons around the age of ten, a natural pull toward making things, and a lifelong relationship with art that has never really left me. From formal art education to freelance illustration, graphic design, and years of applied creative work, making art has always been my most consistent form of expression. Moonbeams & Laughter is where all of that finds its home.

Today I create watercolor-based illustrations and surface patterns that are joyful, nature-inspired, and full of warmth. My subjects range from animals and botanicals to seasonal collections and whimsical characters — always with a bright palette and a light, happy spirit. I work from a hybrid process of traditional watercolor painting and digital illustration, building collections that feel handmade, genuine, and alive.

I live in Satellite Beach with my husband, our daughter, and our two German Shepherds. The ocean, the garden, and the natural world around me quietly find their way into everything I make.
